Danny Zook
Principal Broker
Danny brings a rare combination of construction expertise and real estate experience to every client he serves. Known for his attention to detail and strong negotiation skills, he has been helping buyers and sellers navigate the market with confidence since 1989.
His background began in construction, building his first home in 1978 and operating his own construction business. From custom homes to large-scale projects, Danny has worked extensively in and around homes, giving him a deep understanding of how they're built and how to evaluate quality from the ground up.
With decades of experience in both construction and real estate, Danny specializes in lot selection, the building process, and guiding clients through every step with clarity, insight, and confidence.

Real estate has been a part of my life from an early age. I grew up working alongside my dad and now partner with him professionally, giving me a strong foundation in the market, construction, and what truly adds value to a home.
I help buyers and sellers navigate the process with confidence, whether it's a first home, an upgrade, or an investment. My approach is simple: be responsive, detail-oriented, and proactive to ensure every transaction runs smoothly.
As a mom of four, I understand how important it is to find the right home for every stage of life. I value genuine relationships and take pride in guiding clients with clarity and care.
Based in Bend, with an office in Culver, I serve all of Central Oregon. Outside of real estate, I enjoy time with family, staying active, and exploring everything the area has to offer.
